Surprisingly there are many ski resorts in Idaho. One of the best resort is The Sun Valley Resort. The Sun Valley Resort is located in south-central Idaho. Sun Valley attracts many tourists from all over the world! A lot of tourists love to do many things here. I know because Sun Valley has thirteen chairlifts, including a Gondola, 2,000 acres of skiable terrain, and 62 named runs! For people who don't like skiing downhill there is a Nordic Center for Cross Country skiers or snowshoers.
Craters of the Moon
Craters of the Moon is a lunar like landscape. Though it was created by volcanic eruptions between 15,000 and 20,000 years ago. Craters of the Moon is located in South Arco(or South Idaho). The region of lava flows can be explored on circular routes. Even if the area has not erupted in two millennia, it is still called active. In addition, it has five caves to explore!

This is Sawtooth Recreation Area(the background). It is located in central Idaho. Sawtooth consists of 756,000 wild land acres within the area. The Sawtooth Recreation Area provides more than 700 miles of hiking, equestrian trails, and 40 peaks rising over 10,000 feet. It also has enough alpine lakes to visit one every day of the year! With close to 50 established campgrounds to choose from.
